Fong Yee Chan manages the private equity work stream at PRI. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing projects and activities that focus on alignment of interest between GPs / LPs, understanding the impact of and approaches to managing ESG factors in PE investments. Prior to joining PRI, Fong Yee was a consultant at Accenture and Deloitte, focused on strategy and implementation projects for companies in the public and private sector, and in the supply chain and utilities industries. Fong Yee has also worked at Responsible Research in Singapore as a research analyst on the Asia Sustainability Rating project, a benchmarking tool enabling comparison of the management of ESG issues by Asian companies. She holds a MSc with Distinction in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London, and a BSc Joint Major in Business Administration and Computer Science from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
